If you are receivinig this error when setting up your Netscape Webmail Account, in Netscape Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings, following is a workaround which will force the account setup:
When the user name and password fields are completed, and the user clicks "Next", as soon as the "Connect to Server" window comes up, if the user clicks "Cancel" immediately, then wait a few seconds, the window which shows all the account settings can then be viewed, which completes the setup.
